In the last couple of years, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet thousands of committed parents as I’ve presented seminars across the country.

Many of you have taken the time to come and speak with me personally as you’ve been concerned about your much-loved little ones. These concerns have been varied and understandably so; Our children are all unique individuals and face different challenges in life.

Some of you have agonised over whether to start your child at school or to hold him/her back; Or you’ve described your child’s difficulties calming down; Many of you have told me about your child’s struggles with anxiety and about your sense of concern and helplessness…

Your children are clearly so loved and so wonderful in so many ways, but are facing challenges that you’ve not had the knowledge or confidence to help them through.

And this is where I’ve come in. As a parent, I’ve felt particularly fortunate to have learned all that I have in my medical and specialist training. I’ve called upon my clinical knowledge and skills more times that I can remember with my own three children. I truly believe that my whole family has benefited from my training and, fuelled by gratitude, I’ve become passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with other parents. Because ultimately, as parents, you’re in the perfect position to help your kids overcome whatever challenges they might be facing and become more resilient – you simply need to learn how.

In an effort to make my advice more accessible to you, I’ve developed ‘A Dose of Awesomeness’ which I’m excited to finally share with you!

The ‘A Dose of Awesomeness’ Advice Packs that I’ve created for you will provide you with instant, online advice and practical tips (and will save you from having to queue up to speak with me at my seminars!) Each of these address a different topic – A Dose of Calm will teach you how to calm your child down and manage meltdowns, A Dose of Bravery will teach you how to tackle your child’s anxiety and foster greater resilience…There’s also A Dose of School Readiness and A Dose of Awesome Toddlerhood. I’ve kept each of your questions and struggles in mind as I’ve developed these for you.

I look forward to helping you as you add a little more calmness, a little more confidence… a little more awesomeness to your already wonderful children!

Thank you… You’re awesome.
